The Parish Council Meeting will be at Hale Magna Village Hall on Monday, 8th April 2024 commencing at 7.00pm. The business to be dealt with at the meeting is listed on the agenda.
There will be a 15 minute public forum from approximately 7.00pm to 7.15pm where members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council.

- Emailed Local Clerks re D Day
- Looked into bench costs
- Booked Wicksteed Park Inspection
- Met with Chair regarding Reserves
- Turned Speed camera direction with Cllr Cooke
- Corresponded with Churchwarden
- Visit with grass cutter and chair and emails to Highways, District Cllr and County Cllr
- Ordered Lottery plaques to go on Climbing Wall (free)
- Emailed Environment Agency
(5)To receive declarations of interest under the localism act 2011 – being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on members’ register of interests and any written requests for dispensation.
