The Parish Council Meeting will be at Hale Magna Village Hall on Monday 7th October 2024 commencing at 7.00pm. The business to be dealt with at the meeting is listed on the agenda.
There will be a 15 minute public forum from approximately 7.00pm to 7.15pm where members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council.

Moved the interactive speed sign with Cllr Cooke (and back again!)
Contacted all grass cutting contractors
Met with new grass cutting Contractor to sign the new Contract for 2024/25
Contacted 2 tree surgeons regarding recent tree advice
Met with tree surgeon in Churchyard
Investigated replacement park parts following park inspection.
Contacted Highways regarding gullies
Applied for Litter Picking grant 2024/25
