Annual Parish Council Meeting

Monday, 9th May 2022, Commencing at 6.30pm

The Parish Council Meeting will be at Hale Magna Village Hall on Monday, 9th May 2022 commencing at 6.30pm.  The business to be dealt with at the meeting is listed on the agenda.

There will be a 15 minute public forum between 6.30pm and 6.45pm where members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council.

To resolve to accept the minutes of the last parish council meeting as a true and accurate record.

6.         To receive declarations of interest under the localism act 2011 – being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on members’ register of interests and any written requests for dispensation.

9. To review and amend where necessary the councils standing orders, financial regulations and other policies

10.4     To review the internal auditors’ comments

10.5     To complete via vote the Annual Governance Statement 2021/22 (section 1) of the Annual Governance and Accountability Return
