Annual Parish Council Meeting
Monday, 11th May 2026, Commencing at 7.30pm
The Parish Council Meeting will be at Hale Magna Village Hall on Monday, 11th May 2026 commencing at approximately 7.30pm following on from the Annual Parish Meeting. The business to be dealt with at the meeting is listed on the agenda.
There will be a 15 minute public forum between approximately 7.30pm and 7.45pm where members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council.

1. To elect chair and vice-chair and sign the declaration of acceptance of office

To resolve to accept the minutes of the last parish council meeting as a true and accurate record.

Risk Management policy written
New rubbish bins installed
Answered a resident letter regarding land ownership and visited resident
Met with Debbie Scott re Burial Board 14.4.26
Completed Solicitors information for Burial Board
Park inspection form completed and submitted.
CiLCA assignments
Boards cleaned and refilled. Park signs cleaned.
5. To receive declarations of interest under the localism act 2011 – being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on members’ register of interests and any written requests for dispensation.
6. To receive reports from any district councillors, county councillors or police in attendance

7.1 Notification of Receipt of Amended Plans/ Additional Information

Proposal: Existing lead roof coverings to south aisle and south porch roof to be
replaced with terne-coated stainless steel.
